Returns & Refunds

At STASA Equipment, we are committed to providing quality products and complying with Australian Consumer Law.

Australian Consumer Law

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law. Customers are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. Customers are also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Change of Mind Returns

  • The item is unused and in original condition
  • The item is returned in its original packaging
  • The return request is made within 14 days of delivery
  • Proof of purchase is provided

Change of mind returns are subject to approval and the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty, damaged or incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible by email at sales@stasaequipment.com.au or by phone on 0404 673 988.

Please provide:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Photographs where applicable

We will assess the issue and, where appropriate, arrange a repair, replacement or refund in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method used for the purchase. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.

Exclusions

Unless required under Australian Consumer Law, returns may not be accepted for:

  • Used or installed items
  • Electrical components that have been fitted or used
  • Special order or non-stock items specifically sourced for a customer
  • Items damaged through misuse, incorrect installation or normal wear and tear
