STASA Equipment ships Australia-wide using trusted courier and freight partners.
Delivery Coverage
We deliver to residential, commercial and rural addresses throughout Australia.
Dispatch Times
- In-stock items are typically dispatched within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Special order or supplier-sourced items may require additional processing time. Customers will be advised of estimated delivery timeframes where applicable.
Delivery Estimates
Estimated delivery times after dispatch are:
- Metro areas: 2–5 business days
- Regional areas: 3–10 business days
- Remote areas: Delivery times may vary
Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary due to courier delays, weather events, peak periods or factors outside our control.
Shipping Costs
Standard shipping charges are:
- Orders under $99: $12.95
- Orders from $99 to $199: $16.95
- Orders over $199: Free standard shipping
Bulky Freight Items
Certain products, including large equipment, machinery, oils, engines and oversized items, may require specialised freight arrangements.
Where bulky freight applies, additional shipping charges may be quoted separately and customers will be contacted prior to dispatch if required.
Tracking
Tracking information will be provided by email once an order has been dispatched.
Delivery Responsibility
Customers are responsible for ensuring delivery information is accurate and complete at the time of purchase.
Additional delivery charges may apply where:
- Incorrect delivery details are provided
- A delivery is refused
- A parcel is returned to sender
Damaged Deliveries
If an order arrives damaged, please contact STASA Equipment as soon as possible and provide photographs of the product and packaging so that we can assist in resolving the issue.
