STASA Equipment supplies products from a range of manufacturers and warranty coverage may vary between brands and product categories.

Australian Consumer Law

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law. Customers are entitled to remedies for major failures and compensation for reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. Customers are also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

What Warranty Typically Covers

Subject to the manufacturer's warranty terms, warranty coverage may include:

What Warranty Does Not Cover

Warranty generally does not cover:

  • Unauthorised modifications or repairs

Warranty Claim Process

If you believe a product is faulty, please contact STASA Equipment as soon as possible.

To assist with assessment, please provide:

  • Proof of purchase
  • Product details
  • A description of the fault
  • Photographs where applicable

Our team will review the information and advise the next steps, which may include inspection, repair, replacement or referral to the manufacturer.
